CrowdStrike Appoints Godfrey Sullivan to its Board of Directors
Splunk chairman of the Board of Directors and former chief executive officer to bring technology leadership and business experience to the company
Sunnyvale, CA — November 30, 2017 – ., the leader in cloud-delivered endpoint protection, today announced the appointment of Godfrey Sullivan to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Since 2011, Sullivan has served as the chairman of the Splunk Inc. Board of Directors and was previously president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Splunk from 2008 to 2015. During his tenure as CEO, Sullivan led Splunk’s initial public offering (IPO) as the first big data company to enter the public market, largely hailed as one of the most successful technology IPOs in recent history.
