Sameer Gandhi joined Accel in 2008 and focuses on consumer, cloud/SaaS, cybersecurity and media companies. Mr. Gandhi currently serves on the board of directors of Freshworks, a provider of modern Software-as-a-Service products, as well as on the boards of directors of several privately held companies. He is or has been responsible for Accel's investments in companies such as Aura, Bonobos (acquired by Walmart), DecisionLink (acquired by XFactor.io), Diapers.com (acquired by Amazon), Dropbox (DBX), Dropcam (acquired by Google), Eagle Eye Networks, Flipkart (acquired by Walmart), Jet (acquired by Walmart), Freshworks (FRSH), Plex (acquired by Rockwell Automation), Public, Sonatype (acquired by Vista), Spotify (SPOT), and Venmo (acquired by Braintree/PayPal).
Mr. Gandhi holds a B.S. and an M.S. in electrical engineering and an M.S. in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
