In many ways, it is the unlimited passion of our employees that make CrowdStrike the leader in our industry, and a place where we can do the best work of our careers.

We’ve always hired the best and brightest based on merit, excellence, and alignment to our mission, never with quotas or targets. This approach has served our customers and our company incredibly well. We have also always believed in the power of having a global workforce with different ideas, experiences, and backgrounds that enable us to innovate faster, serve our customers even better, and ultimately help us win in the market.

Our merit-based hiring approach remains unchanged, as does our appreciation for the benefits of having a global workforce. Given shifts in the legal and policy landscape on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the United States, we are transitioning from company-based DEI initiatives to internal programs that promote collaboration and employee engagement. 

This decision does not change who we are or the values that continue to guide us. In fact, it’s these values that ensure that as policies shift over time, our foundation remains strong and that who we are and what we stand for will never change.
