Yes! Room blocks are available at several hotels across Amsterdam. Fal.Con Europe 2024 registrants receive an exclusive discount when selecting and booking hotels. The RAI Hotel Services is the exclusive housing partner for Fal.Con Europe 2024 and the largest accommodation intermediary in the Netherlands.

The discounted group rates vary by hotel and will expire on 4 September 2024. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The full list of hotels will be available upon registering for Fal.Con Europe.

Yes, a credit card will be needed to confirm your reservation at a designated Fal.Con Europe hotel.

Cancellations or changes should always be made directly with RAI Hotel Services and can only be accepted online or by email. Free cancellation is possible until 2 days prior to arrival before 4:00 p.m. (CET). For cancellations and changes processed after this deadline, the hotel is entitled to charge one night’s stay.

Traveling by air
If you’re flying to Amsterdam, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) is the main airport of the Netherlands. The RAI is easily accessible from Schiphol – 8 minutes by car and 10 minutes by train.

Traveling by train
Amsterdam is easily accessible by train from all over Europe, including London, Paris, Brussels, Cologne, Antwerp, Prague, and Dresden. If you are arriving in Amsterdam via train, railway station Amsterdam RAI is 300 meters from the RAI and has direct connection with Duivendrecht, Amsterdam Amstel, Amsterdam Zuid, and Schiphol railway stations, which are linked to the international InterCity network.

Getting to the venue
If you’re taking public transport, Metro 52 and Tram 4 stops in front of the main entrance doors to the RAI. To find out more about the best routes to get to the venue, view RAI’s route planner.

Yes, however we can only issue visa letters for fully registered attendees. Please reach out by email with visa letter enquiries. Please be sure to include the following details in your request:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Place of Birth
  • Passport Number
  • Nationality
  • Place of Issue
  • Passport Issue Date
  • Passport Expiry Date

If you are traveling from outside of Europe or from the UK and require a visa for your trip, we recommend you check with the Netherlands Embassy for the latest travel information.

  • Early-bird conference pass: €695 (available until 4 October)
  • Standard conference pass: €895 (after 4 October)
  • Academia, Nonprofit & Public Sector Special Rate: €595 for a conference pass, regardless of when you register.

Your conference pass provides access to all event activities, programming, the Hub, meals, and Fal.Con Fest from 6-7 November. Exceptions include activities designated as ‘invite-only’ or ‘pre-registration required’.

You can purchase your pass online with a credit card or, alternatively, place an order directly with your CrowdStrike representative via a purchase order (PO). Once the PO is in place you will receive a priority discount code to redeem during online registration.

Yes, academia, nonprofit, and public sector attendees will receive a special rate of €595 for a Conference Pass regardless of when you register. Please contact us to receive the discount code to apply at registration. Your business email is required to register for this special rate.

Fal.Con Europe 2024 is open to registered attendees only.

Yes, all attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

Visit the registration portal and click ‘Forgot password?’ Follow the instructions to recover your credentials.

Your CrowdStrike account representative will provide you with a priority discount code for you to use during registration. Enter this code in the ‘Discount code’ section at the top of the Checkout page during the registration process.

Login to Rainfocus (your attendee portal) to access and print a copy of your invoice.

Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. See below for more details:

  • Cancellations before 17 October 2024: full refund
  • Cancellations between 17-31 October 2024: 50% refund
  • Cancellations after 31 October 2024: no refund
  • All refunds will be processed within one week of receiving your written cancellation notice.

Yes, registrations are fully transferable to a colleague within the same organisation. Please email us to notify us of the transfer.

CrowdStrike employee registration will open September 2024.

Registration and badge pick-up will open on 5 November at the RAI, and will be open throughout the duration of the event on 6 – 7 November. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, like a passport.

No. All attendees must register, check-in to the event, and pick-up their badge in order to access Fal.Con Europe. Please wear your badge at all times while in the Fal.Con Europe event space.
