Alumni Rate

Previous Fal.Con attendees receive special rates for a Conference Pass.

Early bird: $995 by June 30
After June 30: $1,195

The online form will recognize alumni by the email you use to register. If you are a Fal.Con alum and the system does not recognize you, please contact us to ensure you receive the discount.

Gov Rate

Government attendees will receive a government rate of $1,195 for a Conference Pass regardless of when you register.

The online form will recognize your .gov or .mil email address and automatically apply the discount. If you are a government employee without a .gov or .mil email, please contact us for your code.

Non Profit & Academia

Non profit and academia attendees will receive a special rate of $1,195 for a Conference Pass regardless of when you register.

Discounted hotel bookings

CrowdStrike has discounted hotel rates at the MGM Grand, The Signature at MGM Grand, New York New York, Park MGM, Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, and Vdara hotels for Fal.Con 2025 registrants. Rates per night (plus tax and fees) over peak event nights (Sept. 15-18) range for each hotel — see below for the breakdown. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early to take advantage of the low rates.

How to book the discounted rate:
Once registered for Fal.Con, you will receive the hotel booking link in your registration confirmation email and in your attendee portal. Hotel discounts expire on Aug. 15, 2025 and will likely sell out before then. Please register and book travel at your earliest convenience. A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your stay; the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card upon check-out of the hotel.

You will be able to manage your reservation directly from your attendee portal (accessible after registering for Fal.Con). The MGM Grand, The Signature at MGM Grand, New York New York, Park MGM, Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, and Vdara hotels have a 72-hour cancellation policy.

Questions

Do I have to purchase my pass online with a credit card? How else can I pay?
You can purchase your pass online with a credit card or, alternatively, place an order directly with your CrowdStrike representative via a purchase order (PO). Once the PO is in place you will receive a priority discount code to redeem during online registration.

Cancellations
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. See below for more details.

Cancellations before August 31, 2025: Full refund
Cancellations between September 1-11, 2025: 50% refund
Cancellations after September 11, 2025: No refund
All refunds will be processed within one week of receiving your written cancellation notice

Substitutions
Registrations are fully transferable to a colleague within the same organization. Please email us to notify us of the transfer.
